Previously, Michal served as Director of Innovation at General Motors and led mobility consulting projects at Ernst & Young.

Previously, Spencer was a Design leader at Ford, other and helped develop innovative mobility and autonomous solutions at General Motors.

Previously, Michael led engineering teams across multiple organizations, specializing in full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and data systems.

As a Product and Strategy Director, Justin Tomlinson focuses on building and launching practical, high-impact digital products. He works across strategy, marketing, and execution to turn ideas into real-world solutions. Justin is the Founder of RESPIRE, an AI-powered social media platform, and has led marketing at Underdog and business development at 1stDibs, where he managed 400+ client accounts and drove repeat growth through tailored, high-satisfaction engagement.
